All tiers include a site visit and two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions: $150/round. The CAD Permit & Build Set is available as an add-on and includes full permit-ready drawings and construction documentation. Landscape CAD packages (irrigation, lighting, grading plans) are available and quoted separately.
